This summer, the ultimate show of alternative rock returns to the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, CT for the special headline show by Jimmy Eat World: 25 Years of Bleed American on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026! The Mesa-based, alternative rock legends will be playing a very special performance of the hit singles from their impressive discography like “The Middle,” “Sweetness,” and “Hear You Me” plus the band will be playing their iconic and highly successful, platinum-selling album, Bleed American in its entirety.
Be wowed by the artists’ emotional storytelling found in songs such as "Came Out Swittsburgh." Don't miss EPIC night of music as Jimmy Eat World celebrates the 25th anniversary of Bleed American by performing the album in its entirety at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026. The evening will kick off at 7:00 PM with an intense performance by The Wonder Years followed by a rare appearance by Girls Against Boys and then a high energy set by Jimmy Eat World.
Some of the biggest hits from the Jimmy Eat World include, “The Middle,” “Pain,” “Sweetness,” and the title track “Bleed” off of the album Bleed American. As Jimmy Eat World continues to tour in support of their 2025 release Something(s) Loud, business is as usual for the band. They achieved a number of great goals, having the album Bleed American go platinum from the RIAA, and their album Futures go gold from the RIAA.
Pennsylvanian pop-punk, The Wonder Years, will be performing songs off of their seven studio albums and more like, “Came Out Swinging,” “Cardinals,” and “Local Man Ruins Everything.” Their last album, The Hum Goes on Forever, will also be featured in the bands’ extensive set list.
The show will be kicked off by the return of post-hardcore icons Girls Against Boys. The duo of bassists with a vast catalog of songs, including the likes of “Bullet Proof Cupid”, “Kill the Sexplayer” and “Super-Fire” and many more. The Washington, D.C. band, have toured the world and are returning to the US in support of their reissue of the House of GvsB.
Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater is a venue located at 500 Broad Street in Bridgeport, CT. The closest Premier Parking options will be located in the front lots of the venue. General Parking will be held in the transit garage and on the surface lots in the rear of the property. Rockstar Parking will be held in the surface lots closest to the venue. Fans will be able to upgrade to a different parking option for the day of the show.
