Up for a vibrant celebration of the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival? Well, you’re in the right place. The much-awaited MOOOONCAKE FEST is happening at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater on October 11th. A full moon and a full belly, it’s the perfect spot to have a ton of mooncakes, bbq, street food, and catch some amazing cultural performances. This event unites communities across the state, sharing pieces of Asian culture with everyone. Celebrating with family, friends, and loved ones, you’ll feel a warm embrace in the air as everyone comes together to appreciate the full moon.

WHAT’S ON THE MAP?

There’s tons of food, activities, and performances lined up for this special day. Its organizers have mapped out a list of vendors, booths, and stage shows to have you on track on what’s gonna happen. As they’ve shared, there’s “so much to explore, from delicious mooncakes and BBQ to cultural performances and DIY workshops.”

First, we’ve got a list of Dessert or Mooncake vendors, including Yes Coconut, Cocoi’s Sweets and Pastries, Logan & Co, DeepFriedWatermelon, Chan Ba Mei, Matelna Bakes, and many more. Next, we have stages where cultural performances and music will be shaking the ground. 

Other tents include a DIY lacquer fan-making workshop, Hang Bui Gift Shop, My First Book, TUNAN Hanfu Club, a Water Tent, and Bar Movement. 

A wide list of food vendors where you can enjoy some of the finest Asian cuisine include Lechon Bae, So Sarap, Jongro BBQ, Mao’s Bao, KinThai, BAO ZANG XIAO CHI, Nong Sandee, INARI ZUSHI, and many more. 

Well, that’s just a couple on the list, but its organizers boast 90+ Asian food stalls in total, 40+ merch stands, and many more surprises that’ll give you the time of your lives. It sure is the best place to celebrate with family and friends.

Taking place at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater, the venue’s spacious field makes it the perfect place to host the biggest Asian Food Party in CT. As they’ve said, it’s a full moon with a full belly. From 10am to 10pm, it’s a full day of delicious food, cultural marvels, and community.
